1. Overview

By using Toqool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Products

Toqool sells API connector software. A connector is a one-time purchase (currently €199) that you download and run on your own machine: readable Python scripts plus a beginner guide. The scripts pull your platform data into dated CSV files on your own disk, and each sync adds a new snapshot instead of overwriting the last one. Your purchase works with Toqool Local, the dashboard on toqool.com that reads those files in your browser; the files themselves never leave your machine. Each purchase includes 12 months of the Toqool Keeper update service.

3. License & ownership

Your purchase grants a perpetual license to the connector you bought: it is yours to keep and use for as long as you like, with no subscription required. The license is for your own business use and may not be copied for or shared with third parties.

4. Toqool Keeper

The Toqool Keeper is an optional yearly membership (currently €49 per year for your first connector and €29 per year for each additional one, capped at €149 per year, with the first 12 months included in each purchase) that ships updates when a platform changes its API, along with fee-table and report updates through the year. It is billed yearly, never monthly, and your renewal price does not increase while your membership remains continuously active. Breaking platform-API changes are fixed within 14 days.

The Keeper is not required to keep using what you own. Ending it takes nothing away: your connector, every version you received while active, your data and your reports remain yours, and your connector continues to work against the API version it shipped for. If you rejoin after a lapse, new versions become available 30 days after rejoining, or the same day with priority reinstatement (currently €149). Updates are provided to active members only.

5. Digital delivery and your right of withdrawal

Every connector is digital content, delivered by download immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. For digital content that right ends once delivery has begun, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right. That is exactly what the checkbox at checkout asks: by ticking it and paying, you consent to immediate delivery and the purchase is final once the download is available to you.

This does not limit the Keeper promise (a covered connector that breaks is fixed within 14 days) and does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

6. Liability

Toqool products are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about specific results. You are responsible for reviewing any output before acting on it. Your business data is synced by the connector to your own machine and never passes through Toqool's servers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows when they were last updated.
