Toqool runs on your business data, so trust isn't optional. Here's exactly how we treat it, in plain language, no fine print.
The connector runs on your own computer and syncs a platform's data straight to it. Your business data never travels to Toqool's servers, so there's no copy of it for us to lose or misuse.
The scripts read the platform data you point them at and save it to files on your machine. Where a toolkit can also push changes, it first shows you a plan, waits for you to type YES, and leaves a receipt of what changed.
Because your data never reaches us, there's nothing for us to sell, rent, or share with advertisers. The scripts use it for one thing: building clean CSV files on your own machine.
The scripts are deterministic software, not live AI. They pull your real data onto your machine (same input, same output), so a number can never be made up, and every file is auditable.
The connector is yours: readable code on your own machine. Stop syncing whenever you want, keep every dated CSV snapshot already on your disk, and feed the files to Claude, Excel, or anything you already use.
When you buy a connector or renew Toqool Keeper, billing runs through Stripe, a certified payments provider. We never see or store your card details.
Being straight with you
Toqool is an early, founder-run product (two brothers in Amsterdam). We're building in line with GDPR principles and will add formal certifications as we grow. We'd rather tell you exactly what we do today than claim a badge we haven't earned. Got a security or data question? Ask us directly.
